Title: Amazing battery life 10 hour shift battery is still sitting at 88-83% each day shift
Review: I bought the mono version it still has the great sound and noise cancellation as the stereo counterpart the ear price is comfortable and applays equal light pressure on the ear it’s comfortable to wair all day but has some flaws the other side of there is this flat pice of plastic that over the hours digs in to your head it does have a thin piece of foam but after a few hours you really notice it I had to cut a piece of thick soft foam and use a rubbery electric tape to make my own padded cushion it worked really well I hope that future versions of this headset adop something silmar especially if it comes with a £165 price tag. The mono version does not have the busy light nor the foam head band as the other versions.all in all its a great headset with my foam mod it’s perfectly comfortable to wair all day .

Title: Frustrating Experience initially…though now much improved!
Review: After owning the Jabra Evolve 40 wired headset and being quite happy with, I thought I’d up my game with a decent wireless headset.Setup was easy enough, did all the firmware updates and the headset initially appeared to work fine.Then the problems….1 – When joining a Teams call the volume jumps to 96%, regardless of what I changed it to. I have attempted adjust the volume in every place I can find within Windows 10 with no luck. I have an ongoing support case with Jabra.2 – A new issue I’ve found this morning when on an call, if I receive multiple teams messages while on the call it will kill the audio to the headset, yet keep me on the call. The only way to resolve is to leave the meeting and rejoin. Another ticket to raise to Jabra.Currently unimpressed when I had such high expectations from someone such as Jabra, and of course having a high purchase price.I’ll update when I have further news.UPDATE – 04/11/20Changed from 1 to 4 stars.So a software update for Jabra direct was released last week. This software is used to manage and tweak the settings of the Jabra headset. Installing this update seems to have resolved the volume issue (phew).The busy light on the side also appears working (when it wasn’t before).I have also plugged the dongle (Jabra Link 380) used by the headset to talk to the laptop from the docking station hub to the laptop, and since haven’t suffered any call drops (so far).I’ll post another update once I’ve trialled the headset for a longer period.

Title: Great, when it works
Review: Decent headset, good sound quality, great battery life … but recently it’s started losing the PC connection randomly during use. Only solution is to unplug and replug the USB dongle a couple of times (this is on a PC that is otherwise unchanged, and works flawlessly for everything else.) Makes the headset pretty much unusable for most things unless dropping out of a call for a minute at a time is acceptable.

Review: Headset funktioniert super im Zusammenspiel mit der Softphonie und den Meetings in Microsoft Teams. Ich hatte das Problem, dass ich mich immer wie ein Roboter anhörte und dann immer den Adapter aus- und wieder einstecken musste, sodass sich alles einmal neu verbindet. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Support habe ich dann Headset und Adapter zurückgesetzt und erneut mit der Firmware versehen. Seitdem funktioniert es. Ladestation ist sehr praktisch, Akkulaufzeit bis dato gut und auch ein angenehmer Tragekomfort. Dadurch, dass das Mikrofon in beide Richtungen runter geklappt werden kann, hat man die Wahl zwischen linken oder rechten Ohr.

Review: Man muss schon sehr lange suchen, um ein drahtloses Mikrofon zu finden, das zum Diktieren auch uneingeschränkt funktioniert. Dies ist insbesondere für Benutzer der Dragon-Dictate-Software von Nuance nicht ganz einfach, da es auf dem Markt zwar angeblich kompatible Mikrofone gibt, die aber oftmals nicht problemlos funktionieren. Etwa, dass beim Diktieren einzelne Worte verschluckt werden. Dies ist beim Jabra Evolve2 65, das ich in der Monoversion gekauft habe, nicht der Fall. Tadelloses Diktieren, wie ich es eigentlich schon gar nicht mehr für möglich gehalten hatte. Immerhin zu einem stolzen Preis.Beim Entpacken sucht man allerdings erst einmal lange nach dem Dongle für die drahtlose Verbindung mit dem PC. Tatsächlich ist das gute Stück in einer winzigen Tasche der Innenseite der Schutztasche versteckt, so dass es auf jeden Fall nicht verloren gehen kann.Zu dem stolzen Preis passt allerdings nicht das zu kurze Ladekabel der Docking-Station, die ich ebenfalls erworben hatte. 1 m ist zumindest für meinen Schreibtisch zu kurz gewesen, so dass ich mir erst einmal ein Verlängerungskabel kaufen musste. Insgesamt aber dennoch ein 5-Sterne-Kauf!
