Review: I had a hard to reach fitting and tried using the “U” shaped plastic tool and could not get the fitting to budge. The tongs worked well even though I couldnot get a firm grip on the fitting. Worth the extra $$ to get a tool that works.

Review: UPDATE. Seller reached out and sent this version which does fit the 3/4 inch fittings. Don’t know about the 1 inch size because I don’t have any to test it on but I am sure it will fit. PLEASANTLY surprised . Rating changed to RECOMMENDED Previous review-Will not open wide enough to disconnect 3/4 inch Sharkbite MAX fittings. Don’t know about the other sizes. Does not perform as advertised. There is no address or contact info for company for support or replacement.
