Relaxdays CROSS Dish Rack

With a total of 2 levels, you’ll have lots of room for your dishes. The top tier is ideal for plates. The lower tier is limited in height due to the one above it, but is still high enough for cups and glasses. Once all your dishes are sufficiently dry and back in the cupboard, you can fold the bamboo frame easily and lean it against a wall. This way, it doesn’t get in the way and is still always accessible.

Title: Good product, looks nice (after c. 6 months)
Review: I bought this rack maybe 6 months ago. Hasn’t deteriorated in any way (but I do live by myself so don’t have a ton of washing up / water chucked at it). Looks good in my colour scheme at home & the dimensions were what I needed as I don’t have much space. I bought a wooden holder for cutlery separately to hold those in on top. The only slight negative is that as it’s not plastic or metal, the spacing is not 100% perfect (more like 95%) so a few of my bowls will not stand upright unless put in a specific spot on the rack but that hasn’t been an issue for me. Regular plates stand up just fine anywhere on it.

Title: Not the same design as before
Review: I chose to order what I had ordered before – because it fitted our drainer well, could be packed away easily and was practical in other ways, but mostly because it was getting very tired and a bit bowed… it still seemed to be the best option from what was available. However, I was disappointed a little – because whilst Amazon claim this is the one I ordered before, it is not – or if it is, then it has changed slightly. The gap between the small shelf and the top shelf has reduced for example, so I can’t place my cutlery drainer there anymore. It is a mild annoyance, and I probably would have still bought it if I’d known it would no longer sit there, but it would have been nice if there had been some kind of warning that the design had changed. It is also not quite so well made as the last one – although that was not the best build quality either – on this one, one wooden slat is completely at the wrong angle and one slat is quite a bit shorter than the rest… doesn’t affect it’s function and isn’t that noticeable unless you really look at it… so I have kept it, and besides, you can’t really complain for how much it cost.

Title: Faulty product and they will try not to return your money
Review: I only had this product for under a month when the little extra shelf came unglued and was hanging off. I asked to return for a refund and after some not very helpful, short emails was sent a return postage label – fine.I then sent off the item and when emailing to ask where my refund was, they straight away asked for proof of postage. I asked if they were saying they hadnt received the item, and knowing I had posted it I asked them to check – I didnt get anything other than a repeat request for proof of postage. I of course couldnt find it, as was still moving house at the time and paperwork everywhere.After several of my emails asking that they check if they had even received it I gave up, as I got no different a response. NOT happy as this product was faulty and I sent clear photos to show this. So even if it got lost in the mail (which I very much doubt it did) they should have issued a refund anyway. Most companies do not even ask you to return if the product is faulty as they cant then sell on anyway.Dont waste your money on a poorly made product or at least if you do get a faulty one make sure you keep your postage receipt!!

Title: Great dish rack
Review: I bought this when me moved into our new home in June. It is used every day often loaded up with heavy cast iron pots etc and it is still as sturdy as new. I really do love it and it looks good too. When not in use it folds flat and I have extra work space. My only negative is that there isn’t anywhere to stand pasta bowls but we make a plan. Some days I wish I had 2. Lol

Review: Happy to keep it as replaces our old one which was in real need of change.However the one pictured on the listing is clearly square wooden slatted type, we received round dowel type and the width between dowels is quite large so plates etc move too much.Dowels are only around 5mm diameter so not expecting it to last all the years are last one did.strongly suggest you contact supplier to confirm will receive model shown prior to order.

Review: Hier passt alles drauf: Pizzateller, Schüsseln, große und kleine Dinge. Wenn man etwas Tetris spielt, kann man seinen kompletten Abwasch nach dem Kochen trocknen.Viel besser als die Gitter aus Metall oder Plastik.Hier passt wie gesagt viel mehr drauf, es sieht besser aus und man kann es zusammenklappen und platzsparend verstauen.Es ist gut verarbeitet und macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck.Ein Besteck-Körbchen ist nicht enthalten, aber das trockne ich sowieso direkt ab wegen der Wasserflecken. Platz zum Aufstellen hätte man aber unter dem Holzgestell.Ich möchte es jedenfalls nicht mehr missen und würde es wieder kaufen.Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Review: Mi piace il legno, ed ho preferito questo scolapiatti ai tanti modelli in filo di ferro o plastica colorata che si trovano nei negozi. E in effetti questo oggetto, umile e necessario ma ingombrante, mi piace. Il bambù è solido e leggero, e le cerniere sono molto robuste, e impediscono che spostando il tutto scolapiatti e piatti tracollino. Ottima fattura, funzionalità eccellente, prezzo contenutissimo, spedizione rapida. Decisamente consigliato.
