Title: BBQ made easy
Review: Wish I had discovered these before. I cover half the bbq grill with a section of the sheet. Once the meat has started to colour move it across to the sheet to slowly cook through. The sheet retains the fat allowing the meat to continue cooking in its juices allowing it to retain some juice without drying out and flaming up. Highly recommend.

Title: Bits hang out the cut end
Review: This works really well and it has made a real difference having it in my grill for our Sunday morning bacon. I thought I had ordered a sheet but it turned out to be quite a long roll that can be cut and fitted various places.One thing I wonder about is the fact that fibres hang out after it is cut. Is this fibreglass? Do we need to worry about that?

Title: A good and easy to clean oven protector
Review: This Teflon grill / oven / BBQ mat arrives in a single long piece ready to be cut to size to your own preference. The width is 30 cms, a little less than some alternative products on the Amazon site. My oven is around 35 cms deep and as an oven base protector a slightly wider product would have been a little better, but this is a small issue.The quoted upper temperature for use is 500 degrees Fahrenheit and though it is advertised as suitable for BBQs I guess one would need to be careful that the the flames have settled.The mat works very well and is very easy to clean by simply giving it a wipe to remove excess food leakage before putting it into the washing up bowl or wiping it with soapy water. The sales information says it is dishwasher safe though I have yet to discover how a large flexible sheet such as this should be placed in a dishwasher.The mat meets food safety standards and is well priced at its current cost of £7.99. I generally have nothing negative to say about it apart perhaps that an extra few centimetres in width would have been ideal. I will give it 4 stars
