Title: Value for money and easy to use
Review: Purchased to aid fault finding on an electrical ring this was very compact and amazing value and the contactless feature meant it was a breeze to identify where any connections were live. Auto select function makes it easy to use but wish the pouch provided was big enough to take the separate negative probe (without needing the box as well) so it could all be stored efficiently.

Title: I love this little thing!
Review: Now my “go to” meter for every case. Very easy to ready when held like a pen unlike some other designs of “pen style” meters. The hold button is useful as well. The Near field sensing works ok, in fact a little too sensitive. The led lamp and back light are very useful. I would love it to have a little hard case as the soft pouch it comes in doesn’t give it much protection.

Review: Perfect. Tip is like a needle which is perfect for testing small things like car fuses. A little complicated but you can get standard reading/beeping anyway.. so does the job.Light: YesPerformance: A little complicated.. could’ve been simplerAccuracy: 100% on AC and not so much on DC (Cars have DC voltage)Sensitivity: AC 100%,DC 100% on standard battery test, while over fuses sensitivity is not so impressive.. I would say over fuses it’s about 40%-60%

Title: Useful gadget
Review: Basic multimeter type tool that for some functions only needs one hand to operate, rather than the 3 (or 2 and something to wedge/hold the multimeter) that a normal multimeter needs.I’ve only done very basic testing so far, just to check it works, and indeed it does, for everything I am likely to use it for anyway.Comes with 2 AAA batteries, but no screwdriver to fit them, a black lead, a much needed manual, and a cover/bag, for when the box gets scruffy ;-)It is a useful tool, that probably, at least in my case, won’t be used much, but when such a thing is needed it is needed.

Title: Smallest of the cheap multi meters with great features
Review: I can’t really add any more to the in-depth reviews from people that got this for free (never me though 🙁 )What I like is the size (it’s easy to hold it one hand even if you are holding something else with the same hand – like a torch) the excellent to read and bright display and the functions that usually only come with bigger meters.One thing I hate is the small felt bag which is fine for the actual meter but is a struggle to get the cable in too (It’s like someone else that did not have access to the meter made it and was told to make it as cheap as possible)

I docked -2 stars for this because it’s not shown anywhere in the photos, it means that I can’t slip the batteries in & use it, without first buying a miniscule screwdriver head – you need the type that is used for fixing eyeglasses.Like that it includes batteries, really dislike the unpleasant surprise that I need to purchase another item just to put the batteries in.

Review: I do a lot of my testing with a multimeter and I never realized I can do most of it which just this pen. Time I don’t grab my multimeter because always in a weird location and it takes forever to find. I keep this pen in the trunk of my car at all times because I know I will need it. It’s so easy to use too. Just point the tip of the pen to whatever you need it to and it will test whatever you wanted to test. My favorite one to do is the car battery/alternator test just point the tip of the pen and the battery with the car off and it will tell you the voltage of your battery and turn your car on and it will tell you the voltage of your alternator. Your battery should have somewhere in the ballpark of 12 volts and with the alternator on, it should have more than 12 volts. Ideally around 14. And just like that, you’ve performed 2 tests on your car to diagnose simple problems. This is just one of the examples that I’ve used this pen for, and honestly, it’s a lifesaver. Right now the price of this tool is $26.99 minus a $4.00 coupon. At $22.00, I think this is an excellent deal and I would definitely recommend this for everyone.
