Title: Very high quality iron at an unbelievable price.
Review: Very high quality iron at an unbelievable price.This iron is very good value for money considering its size and power rating, it is capable of up to 3050 watt, this is not the normal wattage and is way above what you would find on a standard iron.Now i will say that as the male of the household i have always done the ironing in the house “it’s just me and my way”, we have a £120 iron that i chose to have a good iron to compare it against.The sole plate on this is huge, it is one third bigger than the current one i use hence the higher wattage, this does mean in most cases you can speed through the ironing of big items of clothing like jeans and tops however unlike my iron it does not have a narrow front to get into the corners of clothes so does require more dexterity when ironing smaller areas.The steam this generates form its larger surface area does show making light work out of creases, especially on jeans.The unit is very easy to fill while stood up as the fill port is right at the front and is wider than my current, the tank also holds a fair bit more liquid so longer run times before refill.ALl in this is a very good iron that covers nearly all bases so is definitely a 5 star product at an unbelievable price.The only thing missing is a coating on the sole plate to help the iron glide more friction free.

Title: Heats Up the Soleplate Very Quickly
Review: This iron packs a good steam burst and all standard functions you’d expect and need for domestic use. The soleplate is made of stainless steel which is fine with me as I’ve previously owned iron with this type of material, however you should be careful with it as it gets too hot too fast and caution is required when handling finer synthetic fabrics; also – keep in mind a quick wipe is always a good idea with SS soleplate. The iron itself is rather lightweight, comfortable, glides easily and has most features you’d usually use when ironing: anti-drip (no droplets of water), different pre-sets, spray, two level steam switch, decent burst of steam, rotating up-right power cord for easier operation, automatic shut-off function to prevent accidents and self cleaning function. This iron managed to do nice job with all sorts of fabrics and did pass the ultimate test – ironing the linen tablecloths quick and easy. As I mentioned the soleplate gets hot very quickly and the steam punch is powerful enough to fix stubborn creases. Perhaps the only thing I find a bit lacking is the length of the power cord – it’s shorter than the one on my old iron. The first time you plug the iron there is going to be a rather strong smell, so make sure to open a window.

Title: So pleased with this iron
Review: Really pleased with this iron! I have a big “ironing station” thing that’s packed with features, but it’s just too big and unwieldy to get out every time, and i just end up not doing the ironing at all.This is just a conventional steam iron that doesn’t take up much space, and frankly it’s great. There’s a very nice weight to it, making it nice and simple to get that freshly pressed look without being too heavy. It gives a nice even steam and has all the features I need from an iron as someone who only ever really irons shirts and trousers when I have a meeting coming up!I think this offers good value and all the features I need, and more importantly it doesn’t take up an entire shelf in my cupboard when I’m not using it!

Title: Great iron although cord could be longer
Review: This is a very good iron and has no problem getting through all the shirts we need to iron and more. I would say that the cord is “normal” but I do prefer a longer cord, although this is not to know any stars off as I think it’s well worth the 5 stars given. It glides well and is easy to fill, especially with the little water jug given with it. A very good price and a very nice weight when being handled too. A great iron.

Review: This is a powerful steam iron that heats quickly, bonus when you’ve forgotten to iron something to wear for work.The non stick stainless steel soleplate glides smoothly and makes ironing a breeze.Decent steam Control makes it easy to change steam setting for different fabrics, although I’ll probably just leave it on one setting for everything as usual. :)The self-cleaning function seems to work pretty well, time will tell.It has Anti-Drip and Anti-Calc features designed to prevent water leakage and the buildup of limescale which stops you getting any marks on your clothes and should make the iron last longer.The iron is fairly weighty without being too heavy, just gives a nice weight pressure to iron with. The handle is comfortable for use over longer periods. The cord’s a great length too.This is a solid, well made iron, easy to use, easy to clean and gives a good blast of steam.
