Title: Completely changes how I view my phone!
Review: The Razer Kishi has fundamentally transformed my perspective on mobile gaming; it’s taken my Pixel 6 Pro (Photos use my Sony XZ Premium as an example) from being a mere smartphone to a portable gaming powerhouse. The vast array of games that I am now able to comfortably play on my phone, thanks to this controller, is truly staggering. Both emulation & native Android games work flawlessly with the Razer Kishi.Pros:-Compatibility: One of the most impressive aspects of the Razer Kishi is its compatibility. The device snugly accommodates my Pixel 6 Pro, enabling me to play games without any hardware compatibility issues.-Portability: The compact design of the Razer Kishi, comparable to the size of a conventional wallet, means I can conveniently carry it with me wherever I go. Gaming on the go feels so much better than carrying around a Bluetooth controller.Cons:-Minor Design Flaws: The thumbstick on the right is slightly too close to the face buttons for my larger hands, leading to occasional misclicks during intense gaming sessions. The bumpers and triggers also leave a bit to be desired, lacking the comfort and responsiveness of more premium controllers. The controller also isn’t the most comfortable, I feel like holding this in my hands for long gaming sessions might lead to some cramps since there isn’t a real grip to rest your hands on.-Rubber Insert Adjustment: To accommodate my Pixel 6 Pro’s camera bump, I found it necessary to modify one of the rubber inserts slightly. This is a minor inconvenience that users with certain phone models might encounter.-Long-Term Concerns: Obviously this isn’t something I can comment on after only using it for a short time, but the stretch to fit my Pixel 6 Pro into it, feels like it might break in the long term.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Razer Kishi to anyone who wishes to elevate their mobile gaming experience, especially if you get it at around £38 like I did. It’s an affordable and portable solution that transforms your smartphone into a versatile gaming console. Despite a few design hitches, this controller has completely revolutionised how I view and use my phone. With the Razer Kishi, gaming on my Pixel 6 Pro is no longer just an option—it’s a delight.

Title: Pretty good, but weird buttons???
Review: overall the controller works as it should, the sticks feel good and the rest of the buttons are alright (the triggers are pretty small and weird but you get used to them quickly)my main issue with the Kishi V1 is that for some reason, whether it be on every controller or just mine, all 4 of the face buttons feel completely different from one another! some are clickier than others but the worst one is the X button, it feels like pressing down on a marshmallow, it’s super sticky. all of them feel like that but at different levels.

Title: Great bit of kit
Review: Recently purchased one of these to cart around for mobile gaming and so far it’s superb, doesn’t really weigh much, folds nicely together to take up hardly any space and it’s sturdy and strong when in use.I don’t feel like my s23+ is going to topple out while using it as it’s case unfortunately doesn’t fit but its secure enough for me playing on a table top.Only pitfall i i have come across after a handful of uses is that it bends slightly at either end under a bit of pressure which has left me a little unnerved as the last thing Iwoul want is a damaged charger port but touch wood nothing appears to have been affected from the few times it has buckled, it’s just something that crosses my mind when using it now.Overall it’s spot on for what I wanted without breaking the bank, win win.

Review: Intake this to work and use it on my breaks to play xbox on cloud gaming. Fits my Galaxy S21 very nicely, buttons are good, there’s a charging port underneath, although it isn’t a fast charge.It’s a sturdy piece of kit and feels like it’s a good quality controller.Money well spent.

Title: Utterly disappointed – Even at 50% discount
Review: Not impressed at all with my XBox branded Kishi for Android.Firstly the build quality doesn’t seem to be that great it feels pretty flimsy.It’s a bit of a pain to unclip itself when ‘folded’ closed and it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when my Samsung S20 Plus is fitted. Visions of the phone dropping out and unceremoniously meeting the hard floor below flash through my mind when in use.I expected a fairly robust tension pulling the two halves of the Kishi together or when snuggly clamped to either side of my phone it would lock thereby securing the phone in between them. Unfortunately this is not the case… there is very little, if any, tension at all and it certainly doesn’t lock. Meaning it’s all too easily possible to pull the halves apart without being in too much of an enthusiastic gaming session thus ending in what could be a very expensive clattering sound!As far as the hardware goes I can happily report that all the buttons and triggers are suitably tactile and function positively and the pass through charging works fine too.Software wise everything works as you’d expect in particular with the XBox game pass app Though any issues with streaming or things like ridiculously small text meant for large screen TVs being squeezed in 4K onto a is more a problem with the platform itself rather than the Kishi.Also for the SRRP I would have expected an included little carry case/bag… but no.While I did know this, another oversight or more likely Razor cheaping out would have been the lack of small rechargeable power cells or at least the possibility of inserting a rechargeable li-ion AA cell in each grip handle to give longer wire free game sessions!

Review: Hab schon lange ein gutes Bluetooth oder sonstiges Gamepad für mein Android Smartphone gesucht. Das Kushi harmoniert in dem Fall perfekt mit einem Xiaomi Mi 14. Plug and Play funktioniert sehr gut, das Kishi wird über USB C verbunden und muss nicht extra gepairt werden. Auch das Laden während Betrieb über USB C ist möglich. Die Vearbeitung stört mich nicht, es ist etwas “flimsy”, aber dafür auch sehr leicht bzw. trägt nicht so sehr auf. Button-Hub, Steuerkreuz etc. passt für mich perfekt, auch einer der Hauptgründe, der mich an anderen Pads und China-Komplett-Emu-Kisten immer zuerst stört.Die Standard Android und die Xbox Variante wechseln sich im Preiskampf immer ab, Funktion ist aber die gleiche bis auf anders bedruckte Knöpfe. Würde das Kishi immer jederzeit wieder holen.Schade, dass es hier keine gute Hülle zum Bestellen gibt, so musste ich bei der Konkurrenz zuschlagen. Da passt auch noch ein Standard Bluetooth Kopfhörer Set mit rein 🙂
