Title: Wouldn’t paint my house without one
Review: It’s a little fiddly to clean, but with the time it saves it’s well worth it. Key to filling the stick is plenty of vaseline on the valve and filler tube. It fills best with an airtight connection. Not recommended for little jobs, but a real time and energy saver for a bigger jobs.

Title: Stay away from this
Review: We spent ages trying to get the paint to be sucked from the can into the roller, and when it worked at last, the paint didn’t spread evenly on the roll, even after three hours of painting. Since there wasn’t much paint coming out of the roll, we had to push hard against the wall to get a decent layer (what a normal roller would have done in one easy stroke, it took 5-6 strokes with this roller), and the metal swirl holding the roller bent because of the strain.I finished painting the wall because I needed the length of the handle to reach the top, but it took three times as long what it usually takes to paint, and it requires much more effort. My girlfriend started using it but had to stop because it was too physically demanding, so I took over. It’s quite heavy and the lack of paint on the roller turns painting into a true workout.I threw it away as soon as the wall was painted. Wasted money.Definitely don’t recommend it.

Title: Easy and quick way to paint large areas
Review: Great bit of kit. Managed to paint my hallway, staircase and landing in less than 3 hours (which is good for me anyway). A lot of time saved not having to constantly reload. As others have said, the valve used to load the paint does spurt a bit out when you press the handle but I found a bit of electrical tape solved the problem. Also, when the tube is fully loaded the ‘plunger’ is sticking out a good 3ft or so. In my narrow hallway I found this a bit of an issue to manoeuvre but I guess you’d just fill less if working in tight spaces. Overall though I’m very impressed.

Title: WAY more hassle than it’s worth
Review: Bought this as we had to paint a couple of rooms in our new house. Seemed like a good idea, and decided to ignore the bad reviews as it seemed a lot of people just weren’t using it right.It’s a chore to set up, and by the time you’ve done so you could have painted a whole wall with a normal roller anyway. It works well once you’ve finally got it set up, but when loaded with paint it gets pretty heavy, which may not seem like a huge deal but painting can be pretty exhausting, and this will exhaust you much faster than a normal roller.And then, once you’re done… you’re supposed to be able to clean it so you can reuse it in the future. I gave up after 2 hours, as in order to be really re-usable, it needs to be CLEAN. And to get it CLEAN… is way more effort than anyone should have to put in, with a paint roller. There is simply no point, any time you save painting you spend in setting it up and cleaning it after.So yes, the product worked as intended, but as the whole point is to take some of the hassle out of painting… that’s where it clearly fails. Just save yourself the time and money, and buy a normal roller and tray.

Title: Very Speedy, Very Handy, No Problems
Review: After reading reviews on this product I wasnt sure whether to purchase or not. I took a chance and glad i did, Yes the instructions was not great but the you tube vid is better and i followed that and it worked perfect, no mess, no leaks. It is important to use the vasaline provided (am i right lads) i think helped with first usage of item. i did half my living within 30 mins just to have a go and it spread loveley no patches, I found the splatter guard did its job. I think the problems peopel have with this product is not reading instructions or do a bit of homework. I did this and found this to be a brillant product. The cleaning was easy and straight forward too. Not sure why this product has bad feedback I would like to stand up for it and say it does work and tcant wait to use it in the following weeks.

Title: Faulty but would have been 5 stars
Review: Update :Well I am now changing my review to 1 as it wonâ€™t allow negative stars.Replacement burst ion a different area paint all over bathroom and at least 1/4 tub paint wasted. Shame on you black and decker.I am giving this a three as it is faulty and having to return. I built it up watched YouTube video. All going well but the roller kept moving. The pipe section kept bending and paint was pouring out. I persevered as long as I could. Great job of ceiling. When I put it down the paint poured out onto tiled flooring …….thankfully it was tiles. On close inspection the pipe section the takes the paint to the roller was cracked and thatâ€™s why it was bending and paint running out. If this fault wasnâ€™t there would have given it 5 stars. Loved it once I got the hang of it. Easy and mess free…….well would have been. Wasted paint because of fault and have had a lovely time cleaning up. Well itâ€™s boxed up and going back. Letâ€™s hope the replacement which should arrive tomorrow is better quality. I feel for the person who opens the box on return as I had to take bits apart in plastic bags and there is paint everywhere.

Review: Massively regretted buying this. It was difficult to carry / handle because of size / shape / weight and ended up being a highly impractical item. I used Dulux one coat in it and it instantly clogged up so I spent about 20 minutes trying to get it to spread evenly before giving up. Ended up going local DIY shop and getting a normal roller. There is a reason trade people don’t use gimmicks like this.May work for other people but if you are going to use a heavy thick paint like Dulux One coat don’t use this!

Title: Good product but takes some perseverance
Review: This is a very useful tool, especially when painting ceilings as it allows me to do so without a ladder. It did take some figuring out, especially when trying to get paint into the roller. It was also not easy to clean but it was worth it when I got it working.

(Logisch.)+Man spart unbedingt Zeit.+Die QualitÃ¤t beim streichen- excellent. Wunderbar.+Die Konstruktion-die StabilitÃ¤t ist wirklich in Ordnung, fÃ¼r diesen Preis-allemal. Nur das Ende was herausragt, nicht daran zur Seite biegen. (Spritzen-Funktion) NatÃ¼rlich reiÃŸt dann das durchsichtige Rohr. (Es ist recht einfach, theoretisch kann man die SchlÃ¤uche abnehnehmen, jedoch braucht man es nicht, gut durchspÃ¼len, wasser ein-und heraus-drÃ¼cken, spÃ¼len, spÃ¼len…4x 5x etwa, bis es sauber ist, schÃ¶n einweichen, in der Badewanne, spÃ¼len..-das reinigen dauert doch nicht so lange. Im Rohr haftet die Farbe nicht so, wie erwartet, es ist besser.-Beim reinigen des GerÃ¤tes KEIN SpÃ¼lmittel oder KEIN Reinigungsmittel verwenden! Nur Wasser, in der Badewanne.-FÃ¼r den gewerblichen Gebrauch eher nicht, fÃ¼r privat,- wunderbar!!. (Es kommt darauf an wie man damit umgeht.)-Wenn der Kolben voll ist, hat es ein kleines Gewicht, man kann es ausbalancieren, wenn man nÃ¤her an der Wand steht, den arm kÃ¼rzer macht) Oder wenn man krÃ¤ftiger ist, einfach mal ausprobieren, es passen 650 Mililiter hinein.+Es ist gleichzeitig ein Sport-Trainings-Instrument.+Es passt recht viel Farbe in den Kolben. (650 Milliliter.)+Man braucht insgesamt sehr viel weniger an Farbe. Trotzdem ist das Ergebnis excellent.-Der ZUgang, befindet sich in der Farbe. Man steckt den Kolben daran, in kleine Gummi-Lippen hinein, zieht mit leichtem Nachdruck den Kolben gleichmÃ¤ÃŸig an, wie bei einer Spritze, die man aufzieht.-Ausserdem,- wenn der Zugang am Eimer steckt, der ist tatsÃ¤chlich etwas zu kurz, wenn der Eimer halb-Voll ist. dann den Zugang eventuell einfach abnehmen, und direkt hinein setzen, jedoch ist es nur eine Idee, die ich nicht ausprobiert habe. (Weil jemand das Problem bei der Rezension hatte)Oder einen gummischlauch fÃ¼r einen Euro nachbestellen. Es mÃ¼sste funktionieren..Es funktioniert besser als erwartet, die Konstruktion ist ausreichend stabil, -doch nichts mit Gewalt handhaben. Es funktioniert wie eine Spritze, man zieht mittels Kolben Ã¼ber einen Zugang die Farbe in den durchsichtigen Kolben.Ich habe gute Alpina Farbe verwendet. NatÃ¼rlich ist sie dickflÃ¼ssig, es geht, es ist doch kein Wasser, – langsam mit druck aufziehen…Wichtig ist vor der Benutzung, Vaseline-Fette zu verwenden, an allen Verbindungen, auch die Rohre, die SchraubverschlÃ¼sse. Ich glaube auch im Rohr war es schon gefettet.Es ist ein bisschen schon davon (fettartiges Gebilde) in der Verpackung.Die Streichrolle ist wirklich sehr gut, sehr hochwertig. Beim streichen nur darauf achten das Ende des Kolbens, das unten herausragt; nicht daran Kraft aussetzen, nicht belasten. Oder gar biegen.Es ist trotzdem sehr ausreichend stabil. Mann zieht mittels eines VerbindungsstÃ¼cks -Kolben die Farbe in das GerÃ¤t, in den Kolben, beim ersten mal, -man zieht – es befÃ¼llt sich nicht gut, dann die Farbe wieder raus drÃ¼cken, und beim 3. Mal ist es “dicht”. Dann funktioniert es, ganz sicher. Nicht gleich aufgeben.Dann mit etwas Zugkraft gleichmÃ¤ÃŸig die Farbe aufziehen. Ich habe vorher die Rolle etwas mit Wasser befeuchtet. Und dann 4x mit dem Griff drÃ¼cken, -die Farbe in die Rolle bringen, kurz, – 30 Sekunden warten.Dann noch ein paar mal, vorsichtig. 4 mal langsam, drÃ¼cken. Nicht mit Gewalt! Die Rolle muss die Farbe langsam annehmen, beim 5. Mal mÃ¼sste man etwas sehen. Punkte.Nicht -nie mehr als 6 mal den Griff betÃ¤tigen! – Vorsichtig, mit GefÃ¼hl.Die Konstruktion ist ergonomisch gut durchdacht. Die Farbe lÃ¤sst sich sehr gut und gleichmÃ¤ÃŸig an der Wand anbringen, es spart bei grÃ¶ÃŸeren Arbeiten definitiv an Zeit und QualitÃ¤t. Und das reinigen ist doch wesentlich einfacher, besser und leichter als ich dachte. Es ist wirklich wichtig nach Gebrauch zu reinigen. Und in der Badewanne schÃ¶n einweichen. Und ein bisschen mit Logig an die Sache herangehen…Mehr ist es nicht.Fazit: Das streichen ist sehr gut, gleichmÃ¤ÃŸig, wunderbar, es macht sogar SpaÃŸ. Und es tut gut.

Review: Ho acquistato questo rullo per rinfrescare la vernice di casa, Ã¨ stato molto comodo e facile da utilizzare. Innanzitutto Ã¨ un attrezzo non adatto a tutti, perchÃ¨ ci vuole attenzione e cura nell’uso, chi Ã¨ alle prime armi e non ha mai verniciato sconsiglio l’uso in quanto per utilizzarlo ci vuole un minimo di esperienza con il rullo e molta cura nella pulizia prima di riporlo dopo l’utilizzo, altrimenti la prossima volta che andremmo ad utilizzarlo ci troveremo un attrezzo intasato ed inutilizzabile. Per il resto Ã¨ un valido attrezzo e non sporca assolutamente, sono riuscito a riverniciare una stanza senza l’uso delle coperture.

Review: Ce produit est tout simplement parfait. Facile d’utilisation, simple Ã nettoyer, je ne me casse plus le dos Ã peindre mes murs grÃ¢ce Ã lui. Je ne comprends absolument pas les commentaires nÃ©gatifs ! Il est TRES FACILE Ã monter, Ã laver, et remplir le rÃ©servoir de peinture est un jeu d’enfant. Il faut simplement bien lire la notice au dÃ©but, et ne pas oublier de graisser certains joints Ã chaque utilisation. Il est extrÃªmement maniable, et le poids n’est pas un problÃ¨me ; je le trouve mÃªme plutÃ´t lÃ©ger (et je suis une femme de 48 kg !). Bref, je vous recommande vivement ce produit si vous hÃ©sitez encore. Ce rouleau a changÃ© ma vie de peintre du dimanche ! Merci.
