Title: Very efficient dehumidifier
Review: Having read the reviews, this seemed like a good dehumidifier as it had the ability to attach a hose so you don’t have to keep emptying the tank and others seemed pleased with their purchase.Firstly, this is fairly big unit (about the size of a small suitcase or carry on luggage on an aircraft) and is about 15kg but has castors which makes moving it around fairly easy but it loses a star as the power cord is about 1.5m long. Also, the draining hose is very short (about 30cm long) so if you intend to use that, you will obviously have to factor in these 2 lengths.It worked straight out of the box and the instruction manual that came with it was easy to understand.The unit does have a Night mode where all of the lights (except for the small light on the display which shows it is in Night mode) is turned off. However, the noise level is still fairly loud (probably the same for most air conditioners and dehumidifiers) and having tried keeping it on overnight, I found it disrupting my sleep at times.However, it is very efficient and I am amazed at the volume of water it extracted. For my bedroom, where we previously had an issue with damp, it managed to fill a tank and a half in 24 hours!I’ve not used the timer function as I’m going to use it for a few hours before and after I go to bed but it’s handy to know I can schedule in some use if I want to.Finally, it uses about 400-450W of power which roughly equates to 10p per hour (obviously this depends on your energy tariff) which I think is about average.All in all, happy with my purchase and would recommend this if you need a dehumidifier.

Title: Works well, a little noisy on full power
Review: Excellent value for money dehumidifier, itâ€™s keeping the house dry and drying laundry. On full power it is a little noisy and does use around 8p an hour in electricity, but you donâ€™t need to run it on that setting unless you are wanting washing dried quickly – something it is very good at doing. To run in the background and keep condensation and mould at bay will be much cheaper, we have a 3 bedroomed semi and this is more than adequate for the size of the house. It seems to be well made, and the water tank is huge, the handle makes the tank easy to lift when full. The controls are simplicity itself, the indicator telling you what the humidity level is is really useful. The pipe you get to plumb it in isnâ€™t great, but at the moment Iâ€™ve no plans to fix it anywhere. The casters make it easy to move around despite it being quite heavy. All In all Iâ€™m really pleased with this – for the price it has all the features youâ€™d expect and more.

Title: Absolutely amazing!
Review: I have never used a dehumidifier, so this was my first time. Upon setting it up, I didn’t know what I was doing and still don’t properly till now haha. I have turned this on a few times in my room and it literally sucks any moisture out the room I was surprised with how much water came out in 30 mins of use.There are different settings, again which I haven’t used such as laundry and others. I would definitely recommend for damp or if you dry clothes at home as I had some condensation on my windows due to drying clothes on radiators and this got rid of it. It’s definitely worth buying and can also be used in summer when it gets humid in the house.

Title: Amazing piece of kit
Review: I bought this beginning of the year but didn’t use it much. I’ve been using it 24 hours a day for the last 3 weeks or so. It’s amazing. It really helps with drying my washing & obviously keeping my windows etc condensation free. I would definitely recommend this product!Warning though the tank is quite heavy when full & it can spill if you’re not careful. I try to empty before it’s full if I can ðŸ˜Š

Title: Great value for money
Review: This dehumidifier has really impressed me.I’ve bought many expensive dehumidifiers over the years and thought I would try this one based on the good reviews as it was less than half the price of the ones I’d bought previously.This unit has seriously impressed me with its efficiency.It is placed in my guinea pig shed which gets quite humid and this little machine has handle the humidity marvellously! Bought the high humidity right down and keeps the shed in the mid 50% humidity level with no issues.The controls are excellent and you only need to gently touch them to operate it.Has a large water tank which I empty twice a day and is so easy to remove and empty.The filter comes out easily and cleaning is a doddle.Not at all noisy..I can barely hear it.All in all a bargain!!Really glad I bought this model

Title: Sturdy and it works
Review: I have only used this on its continuous (low power) function. I has proved highly effective, extracting litres of water. It has a good size 6l drainage tank with automatic cut-out if full, so you don’t have to worry about leaving the machine alone to work for a couple of days. The machine is not light but is easily moved by its handles or by its wheels. In this mode it is reasonably quiet. It has a clear display constantly showing ambient humidity. You can set the machine to stop working when humidity falls to a particular level.The machine is solidly built and in particular the water tank is sturdy. Make sure the water tank is fully back into the machine before turning on or you can get leakage.It auto defrosts itself as needed.This was middle of the considerable price range for dehumidifiers and so far appears good value.

Title: Fantastic unit
Review: I bought this dehumidifier as our bathroom gets mouldy and the little extractor fan is not enough to get rid of the damp, since I bought this unit our whole house seems to be fresher and no more mould in the bathroom. The water tank is fairly big so in the beginning I was emptying it every 5 hours but now itâ€™s like every two days. Super easy to use and works really well. Definitely recommend it.
