Title: Energy metering does not work.
Review: These arrived in good condition and were nicely presented and compact although like many others the manual button and LED are on the side where they can be obsured by neighbouring plugs. The top or bottom would make far more sense.I was a little suspicious when the rating was shown as 16A – in the UK, no device on a domestic ring main can be more than 13A. However they paired with my TI Zigbee coordinator fine and exposed the switch, identify button, LQI sensor and power-on-state selector. They also exposed an RSSI sensor but as with other TS001F/TZ3000-based devices I have this was always ‘unavailable’. They participated as routers in the ZHA network and basic functionality was okay although no LED control or child lock entities were created unlike other devices I have based on the same design.However, the current, power and accumulated energy use sensors were clearly not working. Current was showing 22A immediately with very little load and went up to even sillier numbers under actual load. The kWh sensor showed huge usage from even a low powered device. Power and voltage seemed to be guessed rather than measured.I can only assume that to save BOM costs, the current sense resistor and associated componentry is not fitted and the software has been tweaked to fake it.They have been returned for a refund.

Title: Really easy to setup with Home Assistant
Review: I bought these and they worked straight out of the box, very easy to setup with home assistant. I am using home assistant as a docker on a Raspberry PI5 with a Sonoff dongle E. I have only been using them for a day, so no view of reliability and longevity, but the product looks solid and works well. They also work as routers as expected so other devices can connect through them.
