Review: I have always used silicone remover with some reluctance due to very varied results. However I have to say this BOND IT product is the best so far. However I did try a different approach this time. I cut some of the old silicone away first an idea suggested to me} and then applied the BOND IT and left it for 48 hours. The result was better than any product I have used before. Wiped away with little effort. The only down side is the cost for the quantity supplied, it is very expensive.

Title: Doesn’t come with a nossel
Review: So difficult to use without one. Every gun application silicone I have previously bought has a nossel. Just a cheap plastic nossel so you can use the product as intended. So until I find a nossel I am unable to use it as it is only a very small tube you will need apply it accurately. So until then I can’t rate the product but it’s not a great start.

Title: Not entirely unsuccessful
Review: Bought this to remove a tiny smear of silicone around a bath. There was very little to cut away as it was a superfine layer that had discoloured. I realised the tube of remover sounded a bit runny and gave it a good shake before opening. On cutting off the top of the tube, the product poured out – definitely not non-drip at that stage. Dribbled on and left overnight. On wiping off next day it didn’t all come off and needed a bit of a scrub at with an old toothbrush. On applying more to get rid of some stubborn bits there came a point where suddenly we were Non-Drip! Used overnight again and managed to clean the rest of it off the bath. In my opinion this wouldn’t do much on a substantial amount of silicone so it’s important to remove as much as possible with a knife or scraper first. Having removed silicone in the past, this was far less time consuming and I would buy it again especially at the super-cheap price I paid.
