Title: Good looking but problems fitting it.
Review: I thought that this tap was good value and exactly what we were looking for. However we were disappointed that thread on the locking nut under the worktop that secured the tap kept working loose and that we needed to pack it with FTP tape to get it to properly tighten. This suggests that some of the fittings are not as good quality as we expected. It required several attempts by my plumber to fix the tap securely. I would have returned it but we would have been without a kitchen tap all weekend.I hope that the tap does the job and turns out to be durable.

Title: Poor fixing nut
Review: Found it very difficult to maintain a permanent fix to the sink unit, it became loose after a day or so, and became clear the quality of the fixing nut thread was very poor.

Title: Inadequate description
Review: This mixer tap may be good for the German market but in the UK we use 1/2 inch connectors. I bought this 3-way mixer tap to replace an existing that started to drip despite it having ceramic washers, being only 8 years old and having replaced the ceramic parts once already. There was no mention in the description that this tap had 3/8 connectors on the braided water hoses. This was only in the briefest of leaflets that came with the tap. There were also no fitting instructions. The worst part of it was the thinness of the mounting nut which was impossible to tighten up given the confineness of where the tap had to be retro-fitted. Even the plumbing merchants, where I had to visit twice, didn’t have a tool to tighten that nut up. Ended up getting an alternative tap that was a great deal easier to install. Looks and operates better as well although more expensive.

Review: Useless. Our plumber was unable to fit this tap because the thread on the securing sleeve and the tap body were different sizes and the sleeve just pulled out when tightened and it could not be secured to the sink.
