Title: Great buy. Definitely does the job well and feels very secure.
Review: This product is actually better than I thought it would be. The metal is thicker than I thought it would be as most cheap bike anchors have very thin metal. And the paint on it seems to be holding up very nicely.Only thing is the bolts you get with it are a 16mm bolt so you will need a 16mm drill but which is not really something most people would have laying around.

Title: All good.
Review: This anchor is solid enough that the chain or cable used to attach the bike to the anchor is almost always going to be easier for a thief to attack. The only slight vulnerability is the bolts fixing the anchor to the wall are screwed and unscrewed with an allen key. So if a thief has time and privacy, they can quietly unscrew the bolts. Provided are two small ball bearings that after fixing you can hammer them into where the allan key would fit, thus making it impossible to put an allen key in to unscrew it. Which is fine if you have no ideas of removing the bracket yourself in the future.If you have not fitted rawbolts before it is very easy once you know how and easy to mess up if you don’t. Lots of videos on youtube for this. You will need a 16mm masonry bit. I drill and not tightly fit the bracket with one bolt before marking the position of the second, then move the bracket out of the way to drill the second. Then tighten both up.

Title: Great security anchor point
Review: Very good for preventing bike theft, make from one piece steel with very large and strong anchor points/bolts. I advise mounting where hard to get to (you don’t need to make a thief’s life easy) one thing to note if you are installing in a garage wall this will come out the other side by the time you have drilled a suitable depth hole IF your wall is single brick. was easy to install, bearings easy to hammer in the bolt holes. whilst not impervious having bikes anchored to this and then bikes locked together with cable locks through wheels is a fantastic deterrent and will take a thief a while to get your bike free. remember if someone wants something it is impossible to stop them HOWEVER you can make the window for them to commit the crime small and the time they need longer this equals them more likely to be caught or see the risk VS reward not worth the effort and walk away. so start by getting this installed and use WITH other methods of security

Title: Fitted to concrete base without issue.
Review: Fitted this to a concrete base and inserted the ball bearings. No issue and will see what longevity is like as it is 50 feet from the sea. The plugs and bolts were of good quality and I had no issue with these compared to previous makes I have seen and used previously.The ball bearings took some hammering to get them to fix within the hex, but otherwise no issues. I drilled pilot holes and then used the 16mm drill bit. Unless you do this everyday use a pilot drill as the 16mm drill bit will wander all over the place.A huge mouth for fitting a chain. I fitted a chunky motorbike chain through this with no issues.

Title: Exceptionally solid.
Review: I wall mounted mine for ease of use, it will secure my bike. You will need a 16mm drill bit, and an Allen key. I read the instruction a couple of time before I started and the installation was pretty quick, after waiting overnight charging my cordless drill to full power!!! Thereâ€™s plenty of room within the bracket. Very pleased. (You can make your anchor â€œpermanentâ€ by blocking the boltsâ€™ screw holes with the small ball bearings that are supplied. Iâ€™m living with my position for a few days before I do.)Edit: (with second picture) Iâ€™ve now blanked out the screws with the ballbearings supplied. Rather fiddly job if youâ€™ve mounted the bracket on a wall. I used a tiny bit of Blu Tack.

Title: Fixings are cheap rubbish
Review: I had to use my own wall anchors for this as the ones provided were weak and ill fitting. Also the ball bearings don’t compress into the hex socket, they’re too small.

La notice n’est pas trÃ¨s didactique lÃ dessus et si c’est la premiÃ¨re fois que vous faites Ã§a vous risquez de vous planter, comme moi . et une fois mal mises… du coup j’ai dÃ» racheter un 2Ã¨me point d’acrange que j’ai fixÃ© Ã cÃ´tÃ©… Pour les billes anti vol, idem, ne faites pas comme moi qui en ai fait tomber une en essayant de taper verticalement (point sur un mur) : collez les sur un scotch que vous collez sur la vis, puis tapez. voilÃ pour mon retour d’expÃ©rience
