Review: I needed to replace the speaker I keep in my shower and took a chance on this one. It’s just as good (if not better) than the one I normally get. There are a lot of little things to like about it and I’m very happy with my choice.First, it’s the easiest I ever connected to any bluetooth device ever. Usually there’s at least a slight pause or hiccup the first time you connect. Not so with this one. My phone instantly saw it, and I was connected with one tap.The sound is good. Again, I use this mostly in the shower, so I don’t need anything too fancy. But the sound is clear with a decent amount of base.There’s a nice little hook on one corner that lets you securely tie a strap to. That’s great for people who might want to take this with them on a hike or bike ride. Not for me, but it’s good to know it’s there. It’s got a IPX7 rating and the inputs (charging, aux, etc) are securely covered. The back of the speaker has a compressible part in the middle that makes gripping the speaker very easy and comfortable. It’s hard to describe, and I’ve never seen anything like it before, but it’s really nice.If there is one drawback, I’d say this speaker is pretty heavy compared to similar devices. Not sure why it has so much heft, but it’s noticeable and might make tossing it into your bag a bit of a nuisance.I’m attaching a picture of the instructions, because I will inevitably forget them and need to refer back to my review to see them!My star ratings explained:5 stars = Exceptional. It pairs easily with other Bluetooth items, and has an easy time connecting. The size is just right and the sound is very loud and very clear! It performs well and the charge lasts forever. The soft textured case and buttons are very study despite being soft textured. This item is well worth it and I enjoy using it every chance I get!
