Review: I was very excited about this product. The microphone is phenomenal, the ear foam is super comfortable, and the headset is not too heavy to manage. It connects with all of my bluetooth devices, the battery charges well and lasts favorably, and it’s ultimately very comfortable to use every day.However, I’m now disappointed since I got this product 3 days ago and now the band is coming off??? See pic. I don’t know what could have caused this since I’ve been very careful with using this product. Maybe it’s an old shelf product that I received, but it’s very annoying.So keep some glue close by in case the adhesive fails, I guess? I haven’t applied glue myself since I want to speak with the seller about my options, but it seems like an appropriate workaround since I’m overall happy with this product otherwise.Thanks for reading.
