Title: I love this label printer!
Review: I needed tech support to install the driver and was sent a link right away when I contacted them. There are also step by step YouTube videos to watch to help set it up.It’s a great little printer and amazing that it doesn’t need ink! Perfect for printing postage labels.I haven’t tried it for anything else yet but have been using it nearly every day since I got it.

Review: Overall a very good everything included lazer printerIt comes well packed in a plain box and containsThe lazer printer unitA power supply brick and 3 pin kettle type power leadUSB cable A to BMicro USB adapter USB A to CUSB thumb drive with instalition drivers and videos how to set upSome sticky test labels and finally some instructional literatureIt kind of looks like a massive smart phone though its pretty small mostly made from a rigid plastic with a mat black finish with a silver top 3 simple controls 2 on the back a power switch like you would see on any PC on and off there located bottom right side then there is a push button on the upper left to open the unit incase of a stuck sticker or other issue that requires inside accessIt doesn’t open fully it like has 2 areas it clicks past to lock into a L shape for maintainanceInterally everything seems medium to good quality and well made I wouldn’t say its a premium item but its to a decent standard throughoutFinally theres a feed button on the top to skip a label or print test page and there are loads of multi functional options I recommend having a look through the guides so you can make the most out of the printerOn the top there is also a small status light indicator which can tell you if labels are jammed etcby the flashing light in fast or slow patterns orange or blue depending on your issue it will be solid blue when status is goodI was impressed with the USB drive included it contains video files which show you the set up process and installation drivers for Mac and Windows also impressively a live technical support with a sticker ontop of the printer clearly containing email, WhatsApp, telephone number several contact options and links to YouTube guidesEverything worked as expected when setting up the drivers there are a couple of permissions required as with any software other than that I’d say it’s a well made product that’s on the lower end price wise but includes everything a premium printer would supplyAlso as its lazer there’s no need to spend excess money on Inks and creating e waste so it’s a good solution and I’m very pleased with it its ideal for business use home use ebay sellers etc

Title: I’ve struggled to set it up with my MacBook
Review: This printer is about the same size as a box of tissues, small compact and looks great. You do have to plug in the power source and the usb cables so it feels less compact when you do this. I would have preferred a Bluetooth connection.It is easy to load the stickers (pack provided to get you started) the printer can take smaller stickers (purchased separately) and you simply adjust the feeder and the printer checks the size you have loaded each time.I wanted to set this up with my MacBook. I’m not a techy person but I’m fairly capable and have set up other small printers before. With this printer I have really struggled, my MacBook just won’t accept the driver so I haven’t been able to print anything. My MacBook is a good few years old now and I’m wondering if they just aren’t compatible. I’ve consulted my techy daughter who thinks that maybe the laptop won’t accept the unknown driver as a security risk. I can see looking at other reviews I seem to be a minority but if like me you were hoping to use this with a MacBook it’s maybe not the right printer for you. I will keep trying and if I have no luck I will get one of my children to connect it to their pcs so at least we can use it. But I thought it important to raise the problems I have experienced to inform and benefit others prior to purchase.I am impressed with the quality of this printer and am looking forward to getting it set up, all I’d say is heed my experience if you were hoping to set it up with a MacBook.
