Review: Good quality Dash Cam Front and Rear from HUPEJOS made from good materials.I have wanted to get one of these for a while now and when this came up I had to give it a try.Setup for me personally I found hard and fiddly it requires you to connect cables up which in it self is not an issue BUT if you want the cables out of the way and hidden then that requires some work, this took me about two hours to fully install which was way longer than I thought it was going to take. I have to admit if I knew it was going to be like this I may have just paid someone to install it for me BUT I am no expert at cars so this did not help either.Once I had it fitted it is very easy to use, the image quality from the footage impressed me the most both front and back cameras, in low light/night the image is still very good not as clear as in the day BUT this is to be expected. The display is a good size and it is bright and clear which is exactly what you want from a display.The memory card I have to admit I replaced this before I even connected up the camera I have never been a fan of unknown memory card brands it has caught me out in the past and knowing my luck the card would fail when I need it the most.The feature I like the most is it has GPS once connected to your smartphone and your using the app it is great peace of mind that if something was to happen not only will there be footage but GPS data as well BUT hopefully I will never need this.Overall I am happy with the dash cam and I would definitely recommend it BUT ONLY to people that are comfortable with setting this up or paying someone to do it for them.

Review: Very pleased with this amazing Hupejos dash cam. Very impressed with the features and performance. Records from four cameras front, rear, and two interior in high resolution. The voice control function is very convenient as well. Built-in GPS module that records the driving location and speed. Small problem arose with the dash cam but dealt with very quickly by a lovely lady called Jenny from Hupejos customer services. The installation was easy and the app is user-friendly. I highly recommend this product.

Review: A great dashcam. Bought for the added protection of having cameras monitor the side of the vehicle so will record any side impact damage for help in an insurance claim. Something other dash cameras do not take into account. Good quality videos and so many features for such a small package.

Title: Genuine 128GB of storage and respectable performance – good value
Review: Amazing that you can now get 128GB of storage in a card that fits on your fingertip for this price! I am usually very sceptical about budget flash storage but after testing this card, it definitely is 128GB and reasonably quick.A 20GB file took 4 minutes to copy to the card and just over 3 minutes 30 seconds to copy from the card to my laptop (using the built-in card reader). The micro SD card comes supplied pre-formatted to FAT32, so if you want to store a single file bigger than 4GB you will need to reformat it. It did though format fine on my Mac.In a disk speed test the card managed around 90MB/s read and just over 80MB/s write speeds, so in the region of 5GB a minute (as also confirmed in my file copy tests). The card is marked as class 10 U3 and is fine for 4K recording. On the contact side there’s a marking showing the part number, capacity and ‘Made in Taiwan’.Overall a great budget card with tons of storage and a respectable speed. Supplied in very generic packaging and without any storage case or SD card adapter, but then what do you expect for this price.

Review: I wanted this camera to be mounted at the bottom of the screen which this camera is unsuitable for as you wouldn’t get a view of the rear. It’s certainly all singing and dancing especially the view from inside the car.

Review: If you want a dash cam that is able to record not just the front but also your sides and rear for a “360” experience, then this camera does a good job at delivering on that. The drawback to having all these different cameras recording though, and at a higher resolution (so you can actually read license plates) is just how fast it easts up storage on your SD Card.While it includes a 64GB card, you’ll find that it’s not enough if you’re making extended trips and might want to have access to earlier parts of the trip. That said 64GB will be enough to capture any incident, with the lead up and afterwards, as long as you’re mindful to stop the recording or connect your phone to it and download the footage soon afterwards.

Review: I’ve tried and used several dash cams and the HUPEJOS dash cam is definitely the most feature rich and capable cam that I’ve owned. I’ve used a dash cam with a front and rear camera… having the side cameras fill in the gaps nicely. The picture quality is sharp and set with a bit too much saturation (haven’t figured out how to adjust that). The included 64 GB memory card allows you to get setup an running right out of the box, but needs to be upgraded to a higher capacity if you want to retain more than a minimal amount of history with four cameras using up the storage (especially if you record in hi-res settings). For me the star of the show is the included GXPlayer (the installer for the Windows version of the app is included on the memory card with instructions to download the Mac version). I’ve owned a dash cam with a GPS…. but the other model I was using only used the GPS for generating warnings when you exceeded a preset speed limit. The HUPEJOS cam records the GPS coordinates on the front facing footage and when playing back in the GXPlayer, the GPS coordinates are plotted on Google, Apple or OpenStreet maps. I was able to view recorded footage from the front and side camera (couldn’t get the back cam to also display but that could be a me issue) along with the readouts from the g-force sensor on the camera. Very helpful for finding footage not marked as an event when you know where it happened along your route and helpful for spotting heavy acceleration/braking not tagged as an event. Footage is captured in 4 different folders in MP4 format which can be played in any media player app directly from the SD card. It can also be viewed on camera but I find that more challenging. The one down side to this cam is the mounting setup. While I appreciate that the camera can be easily slid on/off the mount so you can retrieve/put back the micro SD card, I would prefer a mount which allows the positioning of the camera to be adjusted. The documentation indicates a suction cup mount is included in the box, but either I lost mine during unpacking or one was not included. I can’t get the electrostatic film to work as directed with the 3M adhesive based mounts and that made it hard it hard to get the camera correctly positioned. Overall an extremely feature rich cam that checks all my boxes.

Review: I was involved in 2 accidents where the other person who caused the accident lied and tried to say it was my fault. Had I had a dash camera then there would have been no confusion as to whose fault it was so I decided it was time to put a dash camera in my new vehicle.I have looked at many cameras and liked all the features of this camera, especially the fact that there are 4 cameras.If I am going to the trouble of installing a dash camera then I want to install one that will cover the front back and sides.This camera arrived very well packaged. The main camera has 3 cameras all built into one. There is a left and right camera that can be directed to the areas you want to cover as well as the main front-facing camera.The 2 side cameras could also be used to record video from inside the car but for me, I prefer to use them to cover the left and right sides of the vehicle. They also include a 64 GB SD card which is nice. All of the wiring and adapters are included for the complete installation of this 4-camera package.Installation is fairly easy. You mount the main camera to the windshield and the back camera to the back window. The most difficult part of the installation is hiding the wires. There is a lot of length of wire provided which makes this straightforward.I do like the video quality and the coverage of this dash camera. I have never seen dash cameras with 4 different cameras before and this covers almost 360 degrees around the vehicle.There is a GPS module that is separate from the main camera unit that needs to be plugged into the main camera. I would have preferred that this was built in since we now have an additional item to mount. You do not need to use this if you don’t want to.There is also Wi-Fi built into the back and front cameras that allow you to use the app to review the video on your phone.The camera also responds to voice commands so you can start and stop recording, turn off the screen, and control other features of the camera as well. This is convenient if you see something that you want saved to video so you can do it without having to touch the camera while driving.The camera does loop recording so will always record over older video when needed but if there is a collision then the G sensor will save the pertinent video.Night vision also works very well.This dash camera setup has all of the features you would need in a dash camera.The price is higher than most dash cameras but there is a $130 coupon that lowers the price to a very reasonable level. Even at full price, the price is fair for a system with 4 different cameras and high definition.I do recommend this dash camera system by HUPEJOS for anyone looking to provide themselves with protection when driving.
