Title: Great stuff – excellent for sealing up round roofs
Review: This stuff is great. I did a couple of shed roofs with galvanised steel sheets & this stuff is perfect for sealing the gaps etc and closing over the heads of screws. It seems to remain flexible and one of the tubes I used a year ago was still useable despite not being cared for in the mean time. It seems to skin over and then remains soft in the core of it and is still cleanable sometime after application. The stuff I applied more than a year ago is still soft in the core of it. It does give confidence it will still seal after many years. I used a lot of it. It is very sticky and sticks to surfaces well. The good news is that it can easily be cleaned off with white spirits. I got it all over me as well as the shed but I got it off very easily. Plan to have a lot of tissues or kitchen towels around and it will be easy. It’s a very good product for sealing and does last. It seems like very good value for money and I’m confident it will last many years.

Title: Great stuff. Cheap dispenser… BUT FIXABLE.
Review: Product is great for installing shingles. BUT good luck getting it out of the tube. Tube plunger is weak and product is thick, so product oozes past plunger, instead of out the nozzle. I’ve used 3 tubes. Most of it was wasted. Fantastic price for 6 tubes is to make up for the problem of dispensing. As someone else mentioned, get ready to get messy. Make sure you have a big jug of spirits and plenty of rags for cleanup.UPDATE: I cut 2 circles of cardboard and inserted them inside the tube plunger before attaching to caulk gun. Cardboard has a grain so I used 2 layers at 90 deg angle to strengthen plunger. No leaks on last 3 tubes. No mess!!

Review: i had a leak – now its fixed!! – good butyl stuff, not daft acrylic that dissolves and washes away before it dries….. ive used this for years and it never lets u down – opened cartridges stay good too – they dont harden like other types.

Title: Very very messy to work with, wear disposable gloves !!
Review: Used this product to seal a shallow channel at the base of my shed, worked a treat and hopefully it will never need doing again. If the job allows, dump the unopened tube in a basin of hot water for a few minutes before using, makes it much easier to apply. Wear disposable gloves and change them often.

Review: Use disposable gloves but very easy to use. I made a wood spatula to press on seams and to smooth the seams of the roof covering.Everything is watertight.Extremely effective.
