3M Reusable Half Face Mask Respirator
For a medium size reusable half mask designed for tough and dirty work environments, use 3M Reusable Half Face Mask Respirator 6502. It delivers comfort, durability and stability with a firm, lightly textured silicone faceseal and strong body construction.
The adjustable 4 Point STD head harness allows optimum fit and comfort and the advanced, lightweight half mask design enables a wide field of view at all times.
A flexible 3M Bayonet Connection system connects to a wide range of 3M gas, vapour particulate filters. The 3M Cool Flow Exhalation Valve enhances comfort by reducing heat and moisture build up, and less exhalation resistance makes breathing easier. The Valve Cover Design directs exhaled breath and moisture downward, with an easy positive pressure seal check. The silicone faceseal material extends the life of the product and helps maintain its shape in high temperature environments.

Review: There is a plastic hinged bit on the front that allows tightening without fiddling around doing and undoing the clasp. I found this feature very convenient. A good all round fit and it works well with the filters and covers that you’ll need.

Review: Really good, the fit is very good and does provide very easy breathing creating fresh air out of very dusty environments. There is also a large variety of filter types available for the mask. I haven’t found a HEPA one yet but I’m sure there is one. One thing to note, be careful of the valves as they need to be seated flush to work properly. They are made of thin plastic which can easly be disturbed when putting them on/off storing them.

Title: Great for use with adhesives with the vapour filters
Review: I bought this as I have multiple chemical sensitivity and needed a mask for when I use adhesives in my work and this with the vapour filters works a treat. I had to leave the mask it self to off-gas for a while (if you have MCS or MCAS/MCAD you probably know what I’m on about) as it had a smell at first, but now it’s great 🙂

Review: I go out walking my dog. Or bike riding with my dog. Or something with my dog. I wear glasses or sunglasses. This is a great mask. It’s extremely comfortable and I can ride up very steep hills without breathing issues.Is it super covid-19 ready? Eh. I don’t put in the filters, because they are bulky and heavy. I’m using it as a sneeze shield. Much like any other mask. You could put a piece of tissue or cotton or anything inside and it would probably beat the pants off any regular covid mask. I don’t personally get close enough to people that I got to go full protection. If I did, then I’d have in the filters.I have two versions of this mask. One a knock-off. This one is by far more comfortable and easy to breathe in.
