Title: Great for kneading on a clean surface
Review: I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time. I never feel like the worktops can ever be clean enough to be kneading directly on to. I used this for kneading puff pastry and it comes with a silicone brush which was useful for brushing milk onto the pastry before putting it in the oven.
