Title: Ideal for pedal bins
Review: These bands are a little thinner than expected compared to the one I was replacing, but they are perfectly serviceable. The joint between the two halves is made with a metal crimp. They are certainly more than strong enough for use on a pedal type bin.They come in a pack of 20 so should last for years!The photo in the description shows wheelie bins, they are not big enough to use on a wheelie bin but that’s the only negative for this simple product.

Review: I have 3 bins that I tie wool around to keep the bin liner from slipping down into them when it starts to fill. It’s a nuisance having to do it but needs must. I didn’t think things like these trash can elastics existed so was thrilled when I saw them.You get 20 bands so even if your husband ends up throwing one away when he pulls the bag out of the bin, as my husband did last week, you have plenty left to replace it. They are so easy to use and they hold the bin liners snugly. I have one on a 50-litre round metal bin, one on a 20-litre round metal bin, one on a 15-litre round metal mesh bin, and one on a 15-litre oval plastic bin. Each bin easily takes one of the elastics and once on they stay put even if there isn’t an overhanging rim.I am so pleased to have an easy way to secure my bin liners and am very happy to recommend these. They almost look like giant hair ties but are much stronger!

Review: These bands are perfect for holding garbage bags in place while they are in a garbage can. They prevent the bag from slipping off the rim of the can and spilling garbage inside the can. You can achieve the same result by purchasing garbage bags with a string incorporated in the mouth of the bag, but they are substantially more expensive than the regular bags. These bands are reusable and I presume that they will last a long time if someone does not accidentally let them slip into the trash while changing the liner bag.
