Review: I had a problem with a leaking spigot at the back of a toilet and tried all the usual silicone stuff, even the expensive stuff did not cure it, despite me carefully cleaning and degreasing the area. You learn that basically silicone does not really adhere to any glazed surface like tiles or porcelain toilets etc. Although this CT-1 is pretty expensive I was desperate, and I have to say that I have been impressed, since I used it first ( about 6 years ago ) there has not been a drop of water from the spigot… Since I discovered CT-1 I have used it for many things inside and outside the house and never been disappointed – I got this batch to seal around the PVC fascia that I fitted to cover the wooden fascia on our house because I got fed up of painting the wood. .
