Title: Good quality picture.
Review: I had good results using this; I liked the video quality and the microphone seemed to pick up my voice OK, according to the other person on the Zoom call at least. I didn’t use the built-in speaker, just my usual speakers.The mount could be improved a bit however, I have an older monitor and the case is pretty thick. I found that I couldn’t open the clip far enough for a secure grip on the top of my monitor. An extra hinged section would make all the difference.The selfie ring did make a noticeable difference to the quality of the image. I was sitting more than an arm’s length from the camera and the light made a small but valuable improvement in the lighting.The cable is only 1.3m long and I found it too short to reach my floor-standing PC. I had to use an extension cable.Tested using a Windows 11 PC.

Title: Ideal.webcam with lots of features
Review: This webcam, mic and light is perfect to use for video call, blogging, live stream and so on. The picture quality is 1080 but it’s clear and great picture quality. The light is bright enough aswell as the sound quality of the mic is loud and clear for the user. Good value for money with all the different components it possess. Easy to install to any computer, laptop etc.

Title: It’s OK if you’re using external audio
Review: This is decent enough but not really for business use. Maybe it’s just me but trying to have a conference call with a ring light in your face isn’t optimal – but the way this webcam is packaged and marketed definitely is more towards streaming and whatnot.The ring light is handy for online streaming or creating YouTube videos, but it’s attached to it and no option not take it off. The light works well, standard with several modes of brightness and 3 colour temperatures.I don’t really understand the point of privacy covers – I’m not paranoid about the 0.00000001% chance a hacker infiltrates my computer and watches me through my webcam.Image wise this is comparable to my Logitech C920 – but nowadays most are. The microphone seems fine to me – I can’t speak for the usefulness of noise cancellation and other features – a lot of these are built into Zoom / Teams etc nowadays. Just using it to talk in a small meeting seemed fine. The speaker sounds tinny however, but I don’t use webcam speakers, audio goes through my monitor. But I compared it to test it out.Glad they provide a USBC option, as any MacBook Pro user will appreciate – but I usually plug my webcam into my monitor, that works as a hub so don’t need that option, but that’s the way everything is moving so I appreciate they include this feature.The way this is built though isn’t great for higher end monitors, like my LG 4K ultra fine as the bezel is razor thin so this thing hangs over the screen a bit.Anyway if you need something simple for video and don’t want to be bothered with external ring lights – and already are using a separate speaker, this is 4 stars in terms of functionality with video quality and features. I wouldn’t recommend it for work-at-home use at all – that would be 2 stars.

Title: Very neat good quality sound and picture.
Review: I had an other version of this many years ago and preferred it to the camera in the laptop at that time.This one is stage further on with improvements all round. The focus is much better and the definitionand clarity very good as well. One of the major helps is you can alter the light to darker or lighter.good thing is it is fixed focus and stays clear all the time. The sound control I found very good.the last one you had to be within a set distance to stay clear. Same with sound it is decidedlyclearer. Very neat in size with a folding clasp on the bottom to keep it steady.As I said there are options re lighting more than enough for everyone. Runs Windows7 10 11. Supplied is a small tripod for places that the clasp cannot grip.I find it a bit fiddly but once set up ok. Very light in weight.I should add the clarity is very good with both sound and vision.Good for business/Family/Friends.

Title: Good quality picture, so-so microphone quality, stand interferes with screen on thinline monitors
Review: One of my monitors has an inbuilt speakerphone but that’s usually plugged into my laptop dock.Wanted something for the other monitor. Usefully this has an inbuilt ring light with 6 different colour modes (2 different temperatures and 3x brightness settings on each). There’s also a privacy cover but I’ve opted to keep the USB unplugged, and I’ll just plug it in on the rare time I need it for my home PC.The image quality is notably sharper than the 720p effort built into my other monitor. It’s billed as “1080 Quad HD” which seems oxymoronic. The device reported itself to my computer at 1080p and that seems correct.The microphone quality is so-so, there doesn’t appear to be any noise cancellation so you may want to stick to a headset or similar.There’s also a small in-line USB-A to USB-C convertor in the box, which is a nice touch for newer laptops. Haven’t any use for the tripod stand but understand why others might.Only other thing to note is that the inbuilt prop stand will interfere with your screen/top of browser tabs etc. if you’ve got a modern thin bezel monitor.4* and good for the money.
