Review: das Rosenwasserhydrolat ist wunderbar verträglich und verströmt ein starken Rosengeruch, als auch anhaltend. Es ist prima zu nutzen für die Haare, bei gereizter brennender Haut und macht windiges trockenes Wetter angenehm, weil es die Haut beruhigt. Vor allem bei extremen Wetterveränderungen wie man es in den letzten Jahren stärker erlebt, also schnelle Temperatuwechsel mit hohen Unterschieden, starke Winde und häufig alle vier Jahreszeiten an einem Tag. Im Ayurveda empfohlen für alle Dosha-Typen, also Tridosha fördernd. Es hat keine Nebenwirkungen, Überdosierungen haben als Folge das amn sich besonders beruhigt fühlt. Ausserdem wirkt es antiseptisch, also reinigend! Ich benutze keine Seifen mehr für Haare und Haut, außer gelegentlich auf die Haut reine Aloe-Vera-Paste (die Glycoside wirken wie Seife), danach Kokosöl (kühlende Rückfettung) ganz dünn auftragen, 5-15 min. einwirken lassen und dann abduschen. Danach lufttrocknen, keine Handtuchrubbelei und abschließend den ganzen Körper mit Rosenwasser besprühen und einreiben. Herrlich!
